We currently deliver to locations across India. If your delivery address is outside our serviceable area, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
Updates on the shipment status will be available through our website or the logistics partner’s
tracking platform.
Handling and Packaging
We ensure that all orders are securely packaged to maintain the quality and safety of the products
during transit.
If you notice any tampering or damage upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability:
We will contact you to confirm the delivery address and reship the package.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 Hours of delivery.
We will investigate and provide a resolution, such as replacement or refund, as per our Returns &
Refund Policy.
International Shipping
